Centrico

Centrico, the sister restaurant of Lucas Local Oyster Bar and Mission Salad in Southbury CT, is a unique concept that focuses on locally sourced and seasonally inspired cuisine. We push the envelope to offer unique dishes to please your palate. Our intimate space has a cool vibe with great tunes. Our bar is serving incredible craft cocktails that are seasonally inspired as well. "we are really focused on NOT being like everyone else, instead we created a place to go for the serious foodie."  We have a diverse menu that will please the masses. We are a scratch restaurant, meaning that we prepare everything from scratch. From our house-made bar syrups, mixers, shrubs, and bitters to our incredible homemade desserts and ice creams from chef Miles and his culinary team. Our restaurant offers a full. outdoor garden with a full-service bar come springtime. I hope you join us for a dining experience in a casual setting.
